To shop with us, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

Accuracy

We try our absolute best to display our products (colors, fabrics, and descriptions) as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently on your screen, and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one listed at the time you place your order.

Typos

We’re human! If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed.

Availability

We cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock. An item in your cart is not reserved. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.

4. Placing Your Order

Order Acceptance

When you place an order, it is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer for any reason at any time (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, payment problems). Your order is only “accepted” when we ship the goods to you.

Your Info

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that you provided.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods like Cards/Bank Transfer. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. For COD orders, you agree to pay the courier upon delivery.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kior from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updates here. The “Last Updated” date will always be current. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
