How do I place an order?
Just find the piece you love, select your size, and hit “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the simple checkout steps. You’ll get a confirmation email or SMS as soon as it’s placed!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders super fast (we know you want your new stuff!). If you need to make a change, please WhatsApp or email us at kiorofficall@gmail.com immediately. We’ll do our best to help if it hasn’t shipped yet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We love options! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. We also accept secure payments via Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?
Yes! COD is available for all orders nationwide. Just select it at checkout, and you can pay the rider when your package arrives.
How much does shipping cost?
It’s on us! We offer Free Nationwide Delivery on all orders. No minimums, no kidding.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We’re as excited as you are! Orders within Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically arrive in 2-3 business days. For all other cities, please allow 3-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email and SMS with your tracking number. You can use that to see exactly where your package is.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Not 100% in love? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items (with original tags) within 7 days of delivery.

How do I find the right size?
We get it—sizing can be tricky. Every product page has a detailed Size Guide with exact measurements. We recommend comparing these to a similar item you already own and love!
A style I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Maybe! We love to keep things fresh with new drops, but our most popular styles often get a restock. The best way to find out is to sign up for our newsletter (on the homepage!) to get restock alerts.
