Returns and Refunds
1. Our Return Policy (The Quick Look)
We’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Time: You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- What You Get: We offer Exchanges (for a different size or product) or Store Credit (so you can find something else you love).
- Heads Up: We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
2. How to Start Your Return
It’s easy. Just follow these two steps:
- Get in Touch: Send us a message on WhatsApp or email us at kiorofficall@gmail.com with your order details.
- Get Approved: We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps for sending your item back.
3. The Fine Print (Return Conditions)
To make sure your return is accepted, please keep these rules in mind:
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition.
- Tags & Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached. (We can’t accept items that have been worn or tampered with.)
- Exclusions: Sale / Final Sale items are non-returnable. These purchases cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send an item back to us.
The only exception: If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item or a defective piece, we will absolutely cover the return shipping.
